We find however that many small-to-medium enterprises (SMEs) are denied the oxygen they need by the banks' antiquated insistence on form-filling and covering off risk from every angle. At Niche, by contrast, we pride ourselves on seeing it from the perspective of the business owner. If the proprietor has a thriving concern and good security, why would we not lend?

Niche Capital offers a bespoke lending service to businesses for the purpose of Working Capital, Property Finance, Short-term Development Finance, Bridging Loans and Agricultural Property Loans. Security is taken over land and buildings (including houses) so that investors have peace of mind.

We offer attractive rates to HNW investors wishing to engage in business lending. Typical maturities are from 6 to 12 months.

Niche Capital was founded in March 2012 by Peter Duckworth, a prominent barrister with expertise in property law, commerce, and financial settlements on divorce. He is passionate about matching the needs of investors and businesses, and filling the gap left by the banks.
